HolidayHack AI is a free vacation-planning tool: it suggests how to combine your leave days with public holidays and weekends, and helps groups coordinate trip dates. By using it you agree to these terms.

We source public-holiday data from public datasets and government-published lists and work to keep it accurate, but holidays change (especially lunar-calendar and regionally declared dates), and your employer's holiday calendar may differ. Always confirm dates with your employer and official sources before booking travel or applying for leave. HolidayHack AI is a planning aid, not an official source, and we are not liable for costs arising from data inaccuracies.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

You have the right to permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from your profile settings. Upon deletion, all your saved plans, profile configurations, and personal information will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our active systems. Don't abuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, no scraping at scale, and no using squad invites to spam people. We may suspend accounts that do.

HolidayHack AI is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may change or discontinue features, and may update these terms — material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
